Utility Billing and Services

The Village of Morrow provides utility services of water, trash and recycling collection.  Sewer service is provided by Warren County Water and Sewer Department.

 

To begin utility services, you must complete a utility application from:

NOTE: Renters must pay a $175.00 deposit. 

 

Once water and sewer services have been established, contact the Village of Morrow at (513) 899-2821 Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 4:30pm to begin trash collection service. Although Morrow provides water service and trash collection, Warren County will do the billing and collections for all three services.

 

Trash and Recycling

Trash and recycling are picked up on Thursday.  If a holiday falls on a Thursday, the pickup will still occur with the exception of Christmas and New Year's Day when the pickup will be the next day.

 

Place garbage cans and recycling bins at the curb no earlirer than 24 hours before pickup. 

 

Remove all empty cans from the curb within 24 hours after trash has been removed.

 

 

What Can Be Recycled


 If you don't have a bin, call (513) 899-2821 to request one.   

 

  • All plastic bottles and jugs regardless of plastic number (remove lids)
  • Glass bottles and jars (remove lids)
  • Empty aerosol cans (remove lids and tips)
  • Aluminum and steel cans
  • Paperboard (cereal boxes, etc.)
  • Junk mail and envelopes
  • Magazines, catalogs and phone books
  • Newspapers
  • Cardboard
  • Office paper
  • Brown grocery bags
  • Clean Pizza Boxes
