The Village of Morrow Mayor's Court serves as a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor cases alleged to be in violation of the Ohio Basic Code.  Most traffic offenses and misdemeanors can be heard in our Mayor's Court. Felonies will be handled by the Warren County Common Pleas Court.

Mayor's Courts are sanctioned judicial bodies recognized by the State of Ohio.  A Magistrate appointed by the Mayor will hear your case.
