Landlords

All owners of single family or multi-family dwelling or apartment buildings that are located within the confines of the Village of Morrow, shall either personally or though their agent, furnish to the Village of Morrow Tax Administrator on December 31st and June 30th of each year, a current and complete list of all occupants of such single family or multi-family dwelling or building.
